Hi! 👋I'm Leann Chen.😁

After 6 years in industrial design and 7 years in UX/UI design, I’ve now stepped into the role of Product Manager.
At inewme, I serve as the only Software Product Manager, owning the entire official APP end-to-end.
I've successfully built the product from 0→1, I managed the full product lifecycle, from defining the roadmap, designing features, and shaping product logic, to driving growth initiatives and managing partnerships.
Currently, I am focused on scaling it from 1 to N. 🚀

I am someone who embraces challenges and takes action. When I develop an interest, I don’t stop at ideas, I create opportunities to practice and experience them, whether at work or in entrepreneurship.
This drive led me to found 『 Planttheory 』, a Kampo tea brand 🌱, which I continue to run today. I bring ideas to life by turning them into action.

I reflect on shortcomings and grow through structured learning plans, developing the ability to learn quickly, master tasks, and turn the unknown into familiar goals.

inewme: From Concept to App Store Debut

As Product Manager, I led inewme APP from concept to App Store debut. We integrated AI analysis with IoT hardware to transform vague habits into precise data. By monitoring local weather and skin conditions in real-time, the system recommends exactly when and how to hydrate—eliminating the guesswork of traditional care.
